We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the information as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if for any reason, our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then, in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the conditions.
Estateqor.com(HPSPL) is grateful to its clients for choosing the services listed at our online website “www.estateqor.com” or associate channel/domain associated with us (hereinafter referred to as “Estateqor.com”). We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the service as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if for any reason, our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the following conditions:
- If Estateqor.com(HPSPL)itself denies to provide the agreed service, for whatsoever reason (maybe due to a change of project, Change of Govt. policy, insolvency of developer. Timely intimation with reason will be shared with the client via email or call with the proper reason stated for denial of service.
- The refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service provided relating to expert opinion about real estate projects by us. Nothing herein stated implies the satisfaction of clients. Estateqor.comsolely has the discretion to decide the Estateqor.comand confirm the deficiency of service. The amount of refund shall be at the free will of depending upon the lack of service relating to membership fee paid for expert opinion about real estate investments. Merely stating that the customer suffers loss in investment after getting expert opinion does not entitle the customers any right to get refund of membership fee paid by them.
- In the event a client has already paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind for whatsoever reason, the refund i.e. the initial amount for any of the services, shall not be returned as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Estateqor.com (HPSPL).
- Refund requests shall not be entertained after the documents/ details have been shared with the client in the event of a change of mind. However, we shall give the client an option of using the amount paid by you, at any later date within the stipulated time decided by Estateqor.com (HPSPL) for the same service.
- If the Refund falls under a Money Back Guarantee scheme which is duly published on the Site and/or communicated to the User in writing through any electronic medium, and the User satisfies all the terms and conditions of the Money Back Guarantee scheme
- A refund will not be granted if the reason is the decision of the client to have a different choice after making payments as there is no fault or defect on the part of Estateqor.com (HPSPL).
- Refunds will not be permitted if the work has been shared with the client but the client has changed the choice of service.
- The refund request shall not be considered if the request was made after 5th days of purchase of service and the work has been completed and intimated to you via email or any other form of communication.
- If the request for the refund has been approved by If Estateqor.com (HPSPL)itself and decides to refund the amount, the same shall be processed and intimated to the client via email or call. This refund process could take a minimum of 20 (Twenty) business days and maximum 30 business day to process and shall be credited to the client’s bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by the client is returned to them at the earliest.
- Payment Policy All fee has to be paid upfront before availing of any paid service atEstateqor.com (HPSPL) and its associated partner portal.
- If the customer does not respond after two phone calls (to the number provided by the client) and/ or does not call back and/or denies the requirement for consultation upon being contacted by our staff or directors of Estateqor.com (HPSPL), the sales would be deemed final and would not be refundable.
- Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made and a confirmation number has been generated, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing – by an email at legallightconsulting@gmail.com with the proper subject.
- When contacting us, please include any details relating to the Services you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with yourEstateqor.com (HPSPL)experience
- The refund will be processed directly in the user’s Bank/Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
- We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to External Attorneys or professionals.
- No refund in any case whatsoever can be claimed from us for the amount paid to the staff or employees of estateqor.com(HPSPL) directly by the user.
- Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (25%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
- Refund Policy In the event your consultation request is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, your consultation request is rejected or cancelled; You will be given an option of opting for another request for consultation OR will be offered a partial refund if you so desire. The refund will be credited to your account within minimum 20 business days and maximum of 30business days.
- We do not offer refunds where you receive access to the Service through our platform, on payments we have collected for services, or on payments to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
Note If the request for the refund has been approved by estateqor.com(HPSPL) or directors itself decides to refund the amount, the same shall be processed and intimated to the client via email or call. This refund process could take a minimum of 30 (thirty) business days to process and shall be credited to the client’s bank account accordingly.
In any or all of the above situations, kindly send an e-mail to: estateqor1@gmail.com mentioning the details and the reason for claiming a Refund. Upon receiving your e-mail, the Senior Management responsible team member at estateqor.com (HPSPL)shall decide on whether Your request for a Refund should be processed, contingent on the reasons for such a request. Please note that estateqor.com(HPSPL) reserves the right to take the final and binding decision with regard to requests for Refund.
In case the Refund is approved by estateqor.com(HPSPL), then only the partial professional fees paid for the services shall be refunded. Any Government fees or Taxes paid shall not be refunded. Also, refund policy does not apply to commission or brokerage if any paid for real estate purchase or sales or commercial leasing.
