Once a borrower’s account becomes NPA, the Banks/NBFC takes action under Sarfaesi act, 2002 to sell the property mortgaged with them. We assist borrowers having NPA accounts in resolving their case with banks through OTS scheme and help them in finding buyers for their property . We also offer services for restructuring of loan, filing of application with DRT/High court on behalf of borrower and other services related to Sarfaesi Act, 2002. Borrower may avail package services including Representation before Banks, DRT, SDM, Reply to demand cum call up notices, Reply to Notices u/s 13(2), 13(4) etc.
