For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean “ESTATEQOR.COM” (A Project of Hello Professionals Services Private Limited), whose registered/operational office is at 89, Rishi Nagar Market, Opp. BSNL Exchange, Ludhiana and branch office is at Gharuan, Near Chandigarh University, Mohali. "you", “your”, "user", “visitor” “ customer” “investor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to avail our real estate and msme business services or purchase of immovable propertyor makes investments in business and/or real estate through us.

Your use of the website and/or availing of our servicesor purchase of immovable property or making investment in real estate projects through us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  9. Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India .
  10. We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of payment of any type of fee like membership fee or other fee through our website.
  11. Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Membership fee or any joining fee or commission once paid by the customers to ESTATEQOR.COM or any fee paid by the customer for filing any application through staff or directors of ESTATEQOR.COM ( A Unit of HPSPL ) or any one-time fee paid by the customers for availing services of the ESTATEQOR.COM (HPSPL) shall not be refunded. Hence, customers are required to read through terms& conditions before paying membership fee or any ither fee for any services. Also, company may at any time increase the membership fee or any other fee or commission for other services.
  13. No staff member or directors or promoters shall be held liable for any wrong information or material provided at the website or any information/service provided to any customer through online, by mail or through whatsapp/messages.
  14. ESTATEQOR.COM (HPSPL) deals in only consultation and brokerage services in real estate, bank auction properties, OTS with banks/nbfc, Insolvency services, finance services, msme services as mentioned in our services at home page and to invest or not to invest in real estate, buy or sell immovable property, insurance policies, business investment is the sole decision of the users/customers and ESTATEQOR.COM (HPSPL) shall not be held liable for any loss in investments to the customers or the users. Also, ESTATEQOR.COM (HPSPL) or its staff and directors shall not be held liable if any loan is not sanctioned to the customers by banks/nbfc or Msme subsidy/Invest Punjab subsidy or start up subsidy is not given to users/customers by the concern Govt. departments for any reason.
  15. Membership fee or advertisement fee or commission to be paid by users/customers for quarterly/half yearly or yearly is only for receiving real estate and business updates regarding Pre-launch/post launch projects, branded leasehold properties, commercial rental services , NPA Management, bank auction properties, msme subsidies, Bank loan schemes, Startup updates, real estate new projects update as per list available with the company. For availing services like loan application filing, insurance services, Tax return filing, msme applications filing, pmegp/PMFME application filing, startup applications, insolvency services, business planning, tax planning etc. customers shall pay fee/charges plus gst as determined by ESTATEQOR.COM (Hello Professionals services pvt. Ltd.).
  16. Any professional joining the website portal as professional like CA,CS,ADVOCATE, Accountant, Real estate consultant will join as per policy of ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL). To allot or not to allot any work or assignment is the discretion of ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL). They will provide their best professional service to the ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) and will be liable to pay compensation to the ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) for any wrong or misleading information or reply.
  17. To publish Advertisement and to fix rates will be sole discretion of ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL). ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) shall not be liable for any error or wrong information or content of advertisement at the portal. Developers can not claim any reimbursement of their advertisement fee once paid to the ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL). Any advertisement of real estate projects by the developers or any other advertisement does not give any guarantee of any benefit or work to them.
  18. ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) does not provide any guarantee or commitment to commercial property owners/dealers for letting out their property to the tenants. ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) only share the information with their customers for letting out such commercial properties on rent and if the customers agrees then the owners shall pay commission to ESTATEQOR.COM(HPSPL) on lease rentals as per rates fixed between them. Also, Estateqor.com does not provide any guarantee for completion of real estate deal or sanction of loans or any subsidy to its customers.
  19. Any dispute will be settled in civil or any other courts falling in the local jurisdiction of the regd. Office of the company.
